This is the 12" single by Japanese singer-songwriter Toshiki Kadomatsu titled “Do You Wanna Dance”. The coupling songs are “It’s Hard To Say Goodbye” (with Yurie Kokubu on vocals) and “Fly-By-Day” which is a cover from Anri. The song title at the front cover is set in Filmotype Quiet, and the back cover is set in a solid variant of Governale Tempo.

The English text at the bottom right of the back cover is a mix between Univers and Helvetica. Lastly, the Japanese serif text below is set in an oldstyle (オールドスタイル) variant of Ishii Mincho (石井明朝).
