DaFont is a web platform hosting free fonts. It was launched in 2000 by Rodolphe Milan from Nîmes, France. Since June 2005, the logo uses Elliot Swonger, a freebie designed by Jason Ramirez a.k.a. Pennyzine in 2002. Initially shown in a single line on an angle, the logo was changed to a two-line version in April 2006. For the past 18 years, the logo remained unchanged.
