“The city’s wealth of neon signs served as the initial inspiration for the brand typeface, and a sporty flair was brought in to highlight the friendly competitive side of the design community. To express playfulness, we added unexpected color changes within the website. Also, to unite a diverse range of events, motivating verbs set in the typeface were lit up, sprayed, constructed and displayed throughout the city.” — Scribble Tone
