Tabasco

Released in the early 1970s by phototype firm John N. Schaedler in 3 weights. A biline version was called Paprika. [Devroye] The Medium and Bold weights were also issued by Letraset [Range Extension 1974]. Ascending/descending alternates for ‘hkmnsvwAHKLMNRUVWY’.

SoftMaker issued a digitization of the family in 2010 with two weights (Regular and Bold, no alternates) and Paprika as Tabasco Twin. There are various other poorly produced revivals. See also Tavrida.
