Monotype had four faces in the Scotch Roman category: Series 36 (1903, based on A. D. Farmer’s), Series 43, Series 46 (1906), and Series 137 (1921). Series 137 is a faithful recutting of earlier Scotches, like Miller & Richard’s Old Roman. [Mosley]
The closest digital interpretation in this style is Miller.
