    Wellcome:

The question of how humans relate to other animals has captivated philosophers, anthropologists, ethicists and artists for centuries. This exhibition will bring together over 100 objects from literature, film, taxidermy and photography to examine the historical origins of our ideas about other animals and the consequences of these for ourselves and our planet.

Shapesmodes used Elephant Black for the Making Nature title type. The Wellcome Trust uses a custom drawing of Progress Two for its logo and headline typography.

Part of the Making Nature exhibition was Sheep Pig Goat. This was a ‘creative research studio’ that explored questions such as ‘Can we ever see animals as they really are? What do animals see, when they see us?’ through a series of improvised encounters between human performers and sheep, pigs, goats and other livestock animals.
