Typography with a distinctly 20th-century New York flavor meets a gleaming gold exterior, bolstering Goldsmith’s assertion that the city is “all surface.” Published by Verso, art direction by Andy Pressman.
Condensed weights of Franklin Gothic makes the tome aggressively American, complemented by Century Old Style for the interior.
