“Waarschuwing” flyer (1940)

A flyer that was distributed in the Netherlands during World War II. In summary it translates:
Warning. The mayor announces that each person is obliged to inform, without delay, the presence and exact location of unexploded ordnance in the municipality. Touching unexploded ordnance is extremely dangerous and strictly forbidden.
The heading is set in Basalt, a solid version of the earlier Ege-Schrift. Initially released as caps-only design in 1926 or 1927, it was expanded with a lowercase in 1934. The sans serif is pretty generic. Judging from the ‘a’ and ‘r’, it might be Halbfette breite Grotesk from Schriftguss AG, or Breite Grotesk by AG für Schriftgießerei und Maschinenbau as shown in Seemann’s Handbuch der Schriftarten.
