   This jacket titling is handlettered, it’s not the typeface.

   The finer details of the letterforms certainly suggest as much. This method – lettering that’s more or less closely patterned after a typeface – appears to have been a common modus operandi for Fujita, see e.g. his jacket design for Future Shock featuring a redrawn Amelia. I have added our “lettering derived from typeface” tag.
