Eskilstuna-Kuriren is a local swedish newspaper in the Berliner format published Monday to Saturday. It consists of two sections, the first is the “hard” news part and the second is for sports, culture and family news. The publisher wanted the two parts to be different in their expressions. They chose Coranto 2 and LFT Etica for the political part of the newspaper, and Bree and Adelle for the other section. All four fonts serve their aim to have “something that looks modern but still classic and is easy to use”, very well and give the redesign a note of elegance mixed with seriosity.
