Novo Mel, founded in 1994, sells organic honey from suppliers in different regions of Brazil to hotels, restaurants and supermarkets on all continents.

The Brazilian rain forest is known for its variety and therefore our honey has many different flavors (orange, eucalyptus, cashew, sugar cane, capixingui, assa-peixe, velame, etc.). (…) Brazilian honeys contain no trace of pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, radioactivity and other chemicals. (…) Brazilian bees do not require drugs or special treatment, leaving the Brazilian bee products residue free. — Novomel

    1. This doesn’t look like a United States label; they use imperial measurements with the metric equivalent in parentheses. In fact, given its English above French displays and the fact that we see only the metric indicator, it looks much closer to what would be seen on Canadian shelves.

    2. Confirmed: The image below is from Joe Clark’s Flickr stream and was probably taken in Toronto. And the label even says “Canada organic”. I’ve added Canada to the artwork location.
