Single record cover for the French release of “Popcorn”, as performed by The Popcorn Makers. The b-side features another track with a gastronomic title: “Toad In The Hole”.
This is not the original version of Popcorn: Gershon Kingsley first recorded “Popcorn” for his 1969 album Music to Moog By. The track was re-recorded and released as a single record in 1972, but the superhit version was a cover by Hot Butter, also released in 1972.
