For the jacket design, Oliver Munday puts the author’s name and the title into blown-up vintage typewriter keycaps, using slightly weathered letterforms from different widths of the Windsor family. Tom Hanks is known for his enthusiasm for old typewriters and built a collection comprising more than 100 typewriters (see also the Hanx Writer app).
