Introducing Cruis’n World on Nintendo. 16 exotic cars, 15 foreign countries to race them through and enough tricks to turn anybody into a hot dog.

This is a 1998 magazine print ad promoting the Cruis’n World video game, which was a Nintendo 64 port from Midway’s 1996 arcade game of the same name.

It features the tagline “Get N or Get Out”, which was used by Nintendo during the 1997–1998 period, to promote videogames for their Nintendo 64 gaming console.

The entire ad is set in Resbaloso. It is listed as a 2001 release in the Fonts In Use database, but this ad suggests that the typeface existed in some form in 1998.

    1. According to the Klingspor Museum, Resbaloso was designed in 1994. Not sure where the 2001 date is coming from. Updated now!
