I was pretty happy with the type choices in this update — Gotham and Knockout are about as American as type gets. (What were they using before, Helvetica?) The only major misstep I see is the use of all caps for everything. We all know that lowercase letters generally make words more legible, but even worse: the loosely-spaced caps occupy a lot of space, requiring a much smaller font size. All this does not make for the most legible signs while you’re waiting in that long post office line.
