The cover for trumpet player Till Brönner’s latest album as well as accompanying artwork uses not one, but two interesting fonts released in 2014: Lichtspiele by Stefan Huebsch, an eccentric display family inspired by marquee letters found on old cinemas, and Rukola, a joyful brush script that marks the debut of Czech designer Nikola Giacintová.

While the Neon cut of Lichtspiele has been used for the album cover, this web banner resorts to the simpler Lichtspiele Display. Note the peculiar umlaut, with the dots stacked in the counter.
