André Bauchant [Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, booklet no. 63], Amsterdam 1949. A cover for one of the 300+ catalogues Willem Sandberg designed during his time as curator (1937–1941) and director (1945–1962) for the Stedelijk Museum. André Bauchant was an artist who painted landscapes in a naive style.
