Armagnac Sud & Jardin d’Ars

Narrative designed a box and booklets for real estate firm Ogic to present their bid for the ZAC Bordeaux Saint-Jean Belcier urban development project. The visual identity created reflects an elegant and environment-friendly project by debossing wooden veins in the covers of and booklets.

Booklets are typeset with Plaak, designed by Damien Gautier. Plaak is selected because of its elementary and robust forms, which perfectly fits with the industrial past of the site. Quadraat, designed by Fred Smeijers, is chosen for its refinement and ease of reading.
