Estuaire is the meeting point of multiple styles, ingredients and influences. Our beers are brewed in order to surprise and refresh; we hope they will find a place at your table.
Founded by three great beer lovers and wine specialists, Andrew Elkin, David Pendon and Simon Thibaudeau are inspired by the processes linked to wine making and work in a spirit of balance and complexity. The Estuaire microbrewery in Montréal specializes in tart, saison-type beers aged in oak barrels.
