“Delightful, enthusiastic and authentic performances of the most popular songs of the Gay 90’s and the early 1900’s”, recorded by Bridey O’Toole and her Singin’ Lads, and released as Grand Award Records #33–345 in 1957. The cover features an illustration by Tracy Sugarman. The group’s name is set in Davison Carousel B, or solid. Photo-Lettering’s design is distinguished from the similar Filmotype Quentin (and its solid companion style, Roulette) by the inclusion of lowercase characters. It was designed by Dave Davison before 1954.

While the line below is set in Futura Condensed, Erbar-Grotesk schmalhalbfett or Bold Condensed – is used for the track listing, and Vogue Extrabold for “Long playing”. The Grand Award logo combines Caslon 540 Italic with roman capitals.
