Herold AKA Reklameschrift Herold was
first cast in 1901. A condensed (see Schmale
Herold) and a Kontur (outline) were added in 1904, a
wider fett in 1907. Berthold also had Cyrillic and Greek versions
of the original style, the latter called Olympos.

1926] Richard Gans had it as Regina.
Digital versions include Berthold Herold
Reklameschrift (Berthold) and Tom Wallace’s
Herold (HiH, 2008). The fuzzy details and the very
loose spacing of the latter suggest that it was based on a small
size. Vladimir Yefimov’s Herold (ParaType, 1993, with
Cyrillics) is the only version to span two weights, Regular (i.e.
fett) and Condensed (i.e. the original style). Andreas Seidel’s
Heraut
AS (Astype, 2003) offers ornaments, small caps, a few
interlocking ligatures and various alternates. See also
