“Practical jokes and cheerful scenes for 2 and more ladies”, published by G.Danner in or before 1919. The typeface is Lo-Kursiv (Berthold, 1914), designed by Louis Oppenheim as a cursive companion to his Lo-Schrift, and revived in 1980 by Erik Spiekermann as LoType Medium Italic. The digital version does away with historical oddities like the ‘ch’ ligature or the lowercase ‘z’ with crossbar that can be witnessed here.
