Hungry for More is a First We Feast mini-documentary series that chronicles the stories of chefs, home cooks, and entrepreneurs that represent the new vanguard of the food world—hustlers who have carved out their own lanes – all while bringing comfort to their communities and beyond.

This show is all about food, community, and place – and not restaurants as a business. I wanted for this project to feel familiar, like a plate of comfort food, or your neighborhood go-to restaurant, like watching a Super 8 of yourself.

I wanted to have a balance between elevated but still urban and casual combining the handwriting with the extremely condensed yet bold typeface, Nein by Extraset. The system is cohesive and capable of flexing in many different directions to create all the assets for the show such as lower thirds, location cards, b-roll cards, and mortise.
