The Letraset sheets for Data 70 didn’t contain any uppercase diacritics, at least not the version shown on Martin Willey’s Catacombs site.
In the title (Űrodüsszeia), the double acute in Ű was made from two flipped commas, while the umlaut in Ü consists of two periods. The sheets contained plenty of semicolons which offered the required shapes. The O is actually a Q. Z appears to be a flipped 2, with added exit stroke.
