The typeface in Elophe Poirson’s label appears to be a version of (Alte) Schwabacher, used with a long s in “Poirſon”. It’s thinner than most digitizations and has a different letter E.
Elophe Poirson (1840–1918) was a violin maker in Lyon. According to René Vannes, his production, which spans from 1876 to 1918, is estimated at around 300 instruments. [Viaduct Violins]
