Bernhard Antique

Originally released as the schmalfett (bold condensed) style of Bernhard-Antiqua by the Flinsch foundry in 1912. Later carried by Bauer.

Today best known under the name Letraset used for their revival, Bernhard Antique Bold Condensed. There are various digital revivals named Bernhard Antique. The version by Adobe/Linotype is named Bernhard Bold Condensed. Monotype’s Bernard Condensed [sic] is a slightly different design with a clean outline.
