Left half of the center spread ad for the CBS Saturday-morning cartoon program in Adventures Of Mighty Mouse issue 171 from 1979, announcing The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse and Heckle & Jeckle, among others.
While most text on this page is lettered, the headline is based on type. It combines two faces that both are quintessentially 1970s: Bill Seifert’s Too Much (VGC, 1974; in Shadow and Clear styles, with Opaque used for fill) and Bronisław Zelek’s Zelek (Mecanorma, 1972).
