Ponderosa Steak House (1975–77)

Texas-based Ponderosa Steak Houses have had a variety of logos since their founding in 1959. From 1975 to 1977, the logo was set in Frank Bartuska’s Bartuska Satanic at certain restaurants in the chain. This includes the slogan, “Square Meal Square Deal”.
According to Fandom,
This logo was introduced alongside a new restaurant layout called Concept II, which toned down the excessive garish cowboy imagery and replaced it with a family dining atmosphere with Western accents.
