Sign painters’ quotes

Quote marks where the opening and closing form are mirrored along a vertical symmetry line. Can be (mostly) straight and on an angle, or comma-shaped (top-heavy on both sides). Often used to emphasize rather than serving the characters’ traditional purpose.
