Five styles designed by Morris F. Benton were issued by ATF between 1904 and 1913. John L. Renshaw added a Wide (in 1953 [Art Direction, Vol. 5, No. 3]) and Whedon Davis a Condensed Italic (1967) [Reichardt 2011].
