Co-founder/co-editor of Fonts In Use, Stephen is a writer, designer, and typographic consultant who is particularly interested in typeface selection and the relationship between font makers and users. He publishes Fonts In Use along with Typographica, Chromeography, and The Mid-Century Modernist. Stephen is author of the book The Anatomy of Type and Associate Curator and Editorial Director at Letterform Archive. He was formerly a creative director at FontShop and a member of the FontFont TypeBoard.
